Enthusiasm fills our office and smiles are on our faces. Why? Because we are helping residential assisted living AFC owners run their businesses better. Our adult foster care system specialist team is helping them solve areas that cause stress. Over 1000 AFC operators this year received tips, strategies and tools through our FREE COMMUNITY to help them sleep better at night.
Some of the most downloaded free resources were, How to Calculate the Minimum Cost of Care to operate your facility profitably. Another favorite, Tips to Fill Open Beds at Your AFC for reliable sources of resident referrals to generate an income stream. The third favorite, the Resident Profile Sheet to help create more consistent care for your residents and ease the stress associated with being a new employee.
In addition, this year we helped blaze a path for 9 new AFC licensed facilities through our Opening a New Home Mentorship Program. We also supported 58 AFC owners through our one on one and group facility courses tailored specifically to the areas causing the most anxiety and stress.
Our passion to is help owners run their group homes for disabled adults and senior care homes with less stress. Topics to address these stresses included blogs on topics such as Creating an AFC Structure to Give you a Break and How to Create a Winning Team .
The partnerships created with many adult residential homes including Enriched Living, and Cornerstone AFC are invaluable. We also appreciate the collaborations with the AFC owners who attended the amazing Scaling Up East and Scaling Up West training.
In addition, these partners offered resources and solutions for better resident care. We greatly appreciate On Track Accounting as an AFC tax specialist, Humana, Guardian Pharmacy, Shield Insurance Agency, Assured Care Hospice, Care Patrol, Stress Free Aging, Healthcare Realty Fund, Dolci Group Real Estate, Home MD, and Pure Home Healthcare.
This year, as a way to say thank you, we set aside a percentage of our income for an AFC Operator Give-Back Fund. This fund allows us to bless two special individuals with free coaching or an exclusive course discount, each valued at $250!
