My multiple years of experience running award-winning homes have given me an in-depth understanding of many common issues AFC residential assisted living homes face. My approach is friendly, kind and unassuming. I listen carefully to your pain points to determine which of my services and systems will meet your needs. Using this experience, I am known as very diligent in identifying what is working, what is broken, what is confusing and what is missing in the organization. I will support your team to find creative solutions to address items in each of those categories while monitoring their effectiveness so you can focus on what matters most, providing the best care to your residents. There is no AFC question or topic that is viewed as off-limits. I understand very clearly providing excellent resident care while attending to hiring and retaining staff, maintaining compliance, a budget and many other things can feel overwhelming. My colleagues refer to me as a responsible person. I take this quality seriously to help owners and operators run an organization without fear of finding and keeping staff, always being ready for inspections, knowing resources and having enough money to make payroll and cover other expenses. In an industry where many homes are closing, I will use my insights to guide you to run efficient homes, and maintain compliance with a profit margin so you can focus on enriching and enhancing your life, your staff lives and the lives of the residents in your homes.
